On June 13, 2017 a man on Instagram with the username @jahbaryc posted a graphic video that shows a man that's constantly hitting a dog with a stick! In the video you can hear the dog yelping. Once the man stops hitting the dog he throws the poor dog. Once the dog hit the ground he ran yelping in pain. I need all the help I can get to prevent another dog from getting abuse.
