On Jan 14 Noah Blaine Chandler, 19 year old man from South Carolina, posted a heinous video of himself to social media. In said video he is seen grabbing a seemingly healthy dog, throwing it in a hole and shooting the dog 6 times. On Jan 18 he was arrested by Clarendon County Sheriffs Dept where he bonded out and was released the same day as arrested. Animals don’t have a voice and need someone to speak up for them.
