A minister of opposition who was out on a protest against the state government lost his cool and his mind and brutally attacked SHANKTHIMAN THE HORSE and kept hitting him till it fell down. And as a result the poor horse ended up with 6 fractures in hind limb. The animal was so much in pain that it could not even scream out. After a team of doctors treated Shakthiman they were confident that he could be treated and could have made it all the way to a normal life but could not used in the police services anymore. But then the reality struck the poor soul and as the news comes after deeper examination the brave boy has to lose his leg as the wounds were not healing and it could result in further damage to his health and wellbeing. What was his fault and what wrong did he do to anyone in that gathering that he has to pay such a big price for the same. He was serving in the police department for the last 8 years and all of a sudden he has to end up losing his leg and live a handicap and a painful life for the rest of his natural life. A mad and crual man who has lost his brains attacks a life that could have defended itself and had to face the brunt a disgusting and brainless human. Shakthiman the horse deserves better than this. He deserves justice. So I have started this petition demanding that the minister pays the entire amount for the treatment and if possible helps him get a prosthetic leg so that he can do some good for the cruelty he did to Shakthiman. And also takes care of him for the rest of his natural life and after his life gives him a cremation with full honor and respect. I demand that Shakthiman gets justice and also the minister be punished to the maximum extent under the Indian law. Please help me in this cause so that a poor soul gets justice for the cruelty he has gone through.
