Abe was a beautiful German Shepherd surrendered at Robeson County Animal Shelter in St.Pauls , NC. We had an adopter and transportation set to take him to his new home. A local rescue had already gone into do a temp test on him which he passed with flying colors. When they went the next day to pull him they were told he was euthanized. This is not the first time they have done this . This shelter needs to be shut down .
