The Croatian court has decided to commit a village dog to "house arrest" for barking. He is to be shut into a dark, cold barn every night at 8 pm and must not be let out until 8 am the next morning. If this is to be broken, his owners will be given a 20,000 kuna fine (around 2600 euros, just over 3300 american dollars). The complaint was made by a neighbor. The dog cannot be indoors (inside the house) since he's used to roaming freely, off a chain and outside. This has been going on for 4 months now. Help us help the owners.
