After a Penicuik farmer pleads guilty and is caught on camera by undercover animal welfare rights officials, this man was only fined £550! 

He is still allowed to own and work with animals and keep all his livestock, including the abused animals! The fact that a person who has no remorse or care about the safety of animals is only fined and not banned from having animals is ludicrous to me, so please help support me in signing this petition to have this vile person banned from being able to work or own any animal ever again.
