Establishing more low-income spay and neuter stations!

The Issue

I want to help end pet overpopulation. This means no more overflowing animal shelters, not much need to euthanize, and not as many strays. One of the ways I believe that this could happen is by establishing more low income spay and neuter stations. Since a lot of low income homes find their pet as a stray, they often may not be able to spay or neuter them because they don't have enough money. But if they had a low imcome spay or neuter station nearby, they could easily and cheaply get their beloved pet fixed and it would save the shelters from up to 100 extra animals (or more). Shelters are hugely impacted by pet overpopulation, and as great as nonkill shelters may seem, they don't help anyone. They are expensive, and over half of the animals that go in don't come out. When they do, not usually with a new home. There are so many components, so many sides, find out more!
