Klark Kent started this petition to People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) and

The Atlantic City Police Department has viciously used innocent K9 animals, and commanded these K9's to attack citizens on the ground, with thier hands behind thier backs, or even handcuffed, and unleashed these animals to gruesomely bite the head, and necks of human beings begging for mercy.

This has happened numerous times from 2012-2019, and in present day Atlantic City, New Jersey; The Atlantic City Police Department & Atlantic City Department of Internal Affairs, are the most Corrupt Police Agencies in The United States of America. The Internal Affaitrs Agency in Atlantic City has turned a "blind eye" to the abuse of the citizens, and in a 7 year period received 570 complaints from Citizens, and sustained only 2. Internal Affairs statistics in their negligence calculate too only .35 percent of the claims filed, there was Action Taken on Officers, and the other 99.65 percent there was no action taken.

The repeated negligence of Internal Affairs, and ranking Officials in the Atlantic City Police Department have resulted in repeated attacks using K9 animals on victims begging for mercy, and officers receiving minimal consequences, at time absolutely no consequences, for criminal, inhumane, "bully like" treatment of our Citizens. The lack of action in holding officers accountable held accountable has resulted in no behavioral changes from the officers, well collecting paychecks, and the entire community is terrified or the Atlantic City Police Department.

Please view on YouTube: David Conor Castellini attack. Watch with your own eyes. The offficers beat David Castellini in a "gang style" fashion. Using kicks, holds, punches, batons, and flashlights. There were 4 officers involved in the initial beating of David Castellini, a 5th officer arrived and sicced a K9 on the head and neck of Castellini David Castellini to a point of receiving 200 stitches. David is one victim od many, with similar type horrifically inhumane attacks on helpless men. There has been no substantial action taken to fit the crimes officers commit, by Internal Affairs, due to life long relationships being used as Conflicts of interest, to obstruct Justice, and simply not hold officers accountable.

These tragedies when our citizens have been victimized, have made the Atlantic City Police Department the #2 most violent Police Department in the State of New Jersey, only trailing Camden, New Jersey statistically one of the most dangerous cities in the entire United States. The Atlantic City Police Department on national average statistics are atrocious as well, with a 11.7 percent use of force during arrests rate, with a statewide average of 3 percent, making the Atlantic City Police Department neatly 4 times as violent as the other Police Departments in New Jersey. There were 2,854 uses of force in a 4 year period, that were "reported" the Department of Internal Affairs has a 30 year history of corruption, and yet Corruption is currently rampid in these agencies, with no accountable sanctions placed on ACPD officers, leaving our citizens victimized, with "no voice" for decades.

The Population of Atlantic City consists of only 37,428 residents as of 2017. The staggering statistics are direct proof, for a community this size the violent uses of force, are far too many, occuring for far to long. It's finally time a complete outside federal audit is investigated of the Atlantic City Police Department, and The Atlantic City Department of Internal affairs to be polygraphed by the Federal Government. These officers have a 30 year history of using conflict of interest, to obstruct justice, and simply not hold officers accountable. The Internal affairs officers have already admitted making False statements to the FBI, considering the pure amount of victimizations still occuring in Atlantic City, it has beyond a doubt been documented, the negligence, dishonesty; and "bully like" treatment that these officers have grossly failed our citizens in protecting our lives, and protecting our rights.

Atlantic City is a small city with roughly 40,000 residents, consisting nearly 40 percent of lower income households, and predominantly minorities. These demagraphic's stand no chance, and have suffered far to long. The community of Atlantic City truly needs the help. Anyone with compassion for victims who have been bullied, animals that have been abused, victims of police corruption, victims of racism, victims who's civil & constitutional rights are silenced, and victims of minorities who simply can not defend themself, PLEASE HELP US TAKE A STAND. Lives are at risk. This is a national issue. You can view a documentation on YouTube of the events. Search YouTube: Family Freedom Foundation Podcast, Atlantic City Police Corruption.

Thank you for your time. The support is greatly appreciated, and necessary too get results in our cause. We hope to help not only the citizens of Atlantic City, also the K9's. Atlantic City K9 unit has simply been used for the wrong reasons too many times, and intervention to rescue these animals is necessary immediatly.

The National Press has not been supplied the "Real Facts" about the extent of Abuse in Atlantic City. The are many unheard victims currently. We urge any, and all press outlets to finally focus on the Atlantic City K9 unit, and why they have not been adequately reprimanded by Internal Affairs officials. Sadly the "bully" officers in many cases have pushed their way into high ranks, with corruption in both agencies, and even many Atlantic City Police Officers are "scared to talk". This has occured usually due to direct family relation, or marraige within both Agencies using Conflicts of interest.

Anyone who can help, it is greatly appreciated.
