We, the petitioners, understand that human life is more important than animal life and the priority needs to be in evacuating all Ukrainian citizens who are not 18 to 60 year old males along with non Ukrainians living in Ukraine. Still, nevertheless animals in Ukraine did not ask for this war and these precious babies from small housecats to large elephants  deserve the world’s assistance. 

Beautiful Ukrainian people and animal activist volunteers from other European nations have gone in and stayed to protect and evacuate these animals. Yet, they are drowning in the work and there are thousands of animals per person to take care of. 

We are asking the European Union, the United Nations, Human Rights Watch, Amnesty International, ASPCA, RSCPA, PETA, Greenpeace, worldwide zoos, and all other major animal and human rights organizations to work together to do the following:

1. Pool your money to financially remove all animals and animal caretakers from Ukraine including: pets, strays, zoo animals and wildlife. 

2. Set up a mandatory worldwide adoption program for animals where zoos and wildlife centers are given various animals from Ukraine. Give financial support to help with the change.

3. Immediately send in food, water, bulletproof vests, tanks of gas, and medication to people and animals in Ukraine and learn how to do so. 

4. Send in at least 5,000 more volunteers  equipped with bulletproof vests to get these animals and their caretakers out.
