Bull Terrier Abuse: Help Save Mouse

Bull Terrier Abuse: Help Save Mouse
The Issue
Although the impact might not seem impactful, to the dog involved the impact is profound and quite frankly urgent.
Mouse is a cute, friendly, playful little rascal who was previously rehabilitated and given to a family who neglects and abuses her further.
Her owners rarely walk her, they let her drink from distgusting water buckets that are mouldy and green. Her gums bleed when she eats soft foods and her skin has untreated hotspots, which only spread and get worse. Eventually she will have no hair left. They refuse to actually get her help, even though the one owner is at home all day.
She needs our help.
They just simply don’t care and I won’t put Mouse in a situation where she isn’t safe, so I need to do this the right way. So I’m asking for someone stronger to step in and make a stand.
I have reached out to the centre that previously rehabilitated her and they don’t want the bad press, this they aren’t doing what they should to protect the poor soul with no voice.
The bare minimum just isn’t enough.
I need to reach out to bigger platforms because I’ve tried everything else. It might be one dog, but I couldn’t live with myself if I didn’t do everything I could to get her the help she deserves.
Even if we save one, that’s one less animal abused.
