I want to start a change where apartments and homes should not be allowed to place breed restrictions. The apartment management should require that each dog should be tested to see if they are aggressive instead. They should be requiring each dog owner presents their dog and puts them through various interactions with humans and other dogs while being confined to a leash. If the dog passes the test and is deemed not aggressive, they should be allowed to live with the tenant. If they do not pass the test, they should be required to undergo intense training to break them of their aggressive habits before being allowed to live with the tenant. No dog should 100% be denied. They all deserve a chance at life. I do not agree with breed restrictions because not all dogs that fall under each breed category is aggressive. We need to realize it isn't the dog who is at fault, it's how the owners treat them that makes them the way they are. If a dog is loved, he will be the biggest baby you'll ever meet. Stop categorizing breeds as aggressive as a whole and start making a change. We can fight this. Feel free to join my cause if you agree with me on this matter. Dogs are our family.
