We need to change the laws in Texas when it comes to animal curlety. No animal shouldn't be left outside with no shelter from the weather and unable to reach food.or water. Governor Greg Abbott vetoed  a bill on animal cruelty saying it was micro managing Texans!! If we don't speak up for these animals and help them then who will? This means that people could use very heavy chains on their poor dogs to keep them chained to trees. These poor animals get stuck tied to a tree in this Texas heat or even just as bad the freezing cold as.we just experienced this past winter. Many animals froze in the frigid temperatures this past winter and many are stuck in the heat with nothing to cover them from the high temperatures and.sun of Texas. Alot of animals were tied to trees unable to get out of flood waters because they were tied up to a tree. This is not right! They need.our help, our love, and compassion!! It.is within all of us to help these poor helpless, defenseless animals. Please help me.to help them and get Governor Abbott of Texas to do what is right for all animals. It's not micro managing, it's  love and compassion for a animal that can't  say "I am cold" or."I am so hot I think I will die cause I can't reach my water or.shade"..Please help
