Choco, a beautiful stray dog, from our block has gone missing. We fear he may have been harmed, hurt, or may have been poisoned or beaten out of the colony or re-located. This is not the first case as other stray dogs in the colony have been mishandled in the past.

The block has an animal welfare association that has made sure all the stray dogs are vaccinated, sterilized, and fed. This association was not informed & this dog went missing (he has been in the colony since he was a pup and has been sterilized and vaccinated).

Stray dogs that have been operated for birth control cannot be captured or relocated by anybody including any authority. ABC Rules, 2001.

The RWA of the block has not only expressed its inability to help but also refused to answer any questions regarding this dog's whereabouts and well-being. When we raise this in our colony group, we meet lots of aggression from people who are openly admitting hate towards animals and their aggressive actions towards these dogs.

Please help us find Choco!
