SAY NO MORE MONOPOLY BIG HEALTHCARE COMPANY'S PROFITING OFF OUR COMMUNITIES..

Seen first hand Trinity health Ann arbor made me feel like they were using insurance cards like credit cards.

pick Money over concerns so I filed a complaint with State of Michigan 

The issue has me reflecting on my future in Nursing care with Large hospitals or settings and systems..

Working short staffed seeing people get hurt. Just to return to the same place back to us after surgery for physical therapy. 

Like a big circle ⭕ 

Stop putting profits before people

WE DESERVE BETTER the people deserve better care.

Michigan LAW only requires 2.5 hrs given to each patient in SHORT-TERM REHABILITATION..typically requires 2 to 3 weeks of service..

 

Long-term care is typically more hrs required for 24-Hour nursing assistance care..there is a big difference..

Out of Michigan is part of everyone's responsibility to our community people and family members and friends to guiding the youth for stronger tomorrow.

Speak up when you feel or see something wrong.

 

2/17/25 will start using my license and 

Standing up and stepping out will be protesting against Michigan State laws for better quality.Staffing shortages and higher pay for healthcare workers plus more 

People B4 profits will be working with the YOUTH and community members for better tomorrow for everyone in the United States of America 🇺🇸

#1.Change the hrs from 2.5 per patient to higher..

#2.Say No more to LONG TERM CARE IN short-term facilities...No more 

#3.Higher pay for healthcare workers..

#4.Shall not hold two different types of license mixing hospice patients with Rehabilitation with expectations of the same care.

People are getting 

Higher pay for being a fast-food workers🤔 

It doesn't make sense
