There is a huge township called "Green City" located at Surat City, Gujarat state in India. This township has more than 1500 flats in 35 building. Its a residence of around 5000 people.

There are 15 stray dogs in the township who are living there since last many years. All the dogs are steralized and vaccinated. There are no dog bite cases in the township but still residents wants to relocate all the dogs from the township.

As per the laws of Indian Government and latest circular published by the Supreme Court of India, it is illegal to relocate sterilized and vaccinated dogs from their usual place and no one is allowed to stop stray dog feeders. So the residents wants to relocate in an illegal way, if they are unable to do this then they threatening dog lovers and dog feeders that they will give poison to all the dogs.

They are taking signatures from all the 1500 flat holders for removing dogs from the township and stop feeding dogs.

I am requesting 15000 signatures to save life of 15 voiceless souls out of which 3 dogs are very aged. If the residents throw them out, they don't know how to survive on the streets because they have been living in a gated township since last many years.

Note: a few years back, residents of this township have killed lactating mother dog and thrown her 4 puppies in a water canal. Puppies were around 30 to 40 days old, all died by drowning in the water.
