Penryn Town Council were given two sites based on evidence presented to them by Cornwall Council to chose from as a priority site for the development of 200 houses. North Penryn, (Treluswell), and South Penryn, (College Valley), they have chosen to prioritise College Valley. We believe this is NOT the site for a development of this size and will not only put an overwhelming burden on an already stressed infrastructure but irreversible damage to this beautiful landscape and wildlife, as well as destroy a fundamental part of the Town’s history and its largest and last remaining greenbelt.
