Nala our adopted dog was wrongfully declared as dangerous 2 years ago, and was given this unsupported title by Penrith council. 

Penrith council would rather take Nala from us and put her down, due to the unfair  Companion Animal Act 1998, and a very process driven council.

We were advised once a dog has been declared dangerous they cannot be sold, given away or adopted out to a new family.

Nala has a kind nature and does not want to leave our side, and taking away a happy healthy dog from a family who looks after her is just wrong.

Penrith council has threatened to send rangers to our house but we will not be giving up on her, so please help us by signing this petition and help Nala stay with her family.
