Pennsylvania has no mandate for safety from COVID.  The distribution of this authority across many local municipalities and small institutions keeps our public unsafe, and defies the expert advice of the CDC.  PA is leaderless in the fight against COVID.

From Kindergartens to K12, in Public and Private Universities, in private schools and all manner of educational settings, Governor Wolf must mandate vaccination and masking due to the much greater transmissibility of COVID-19 in new variant forms.  Not doing so is dereliction of duty.
