These people have already broken federal law by coming here ILLEGALLY WHICH MAKES THEM CRIMINALS according to the Immigration and Nationality Act. There are 13 million people who apply legally to enter this Country and wait for the chance to become legal citizens. A drivers license is a representation that you are here legally and that you reside in the US as a legal citizen. Affording such privilege is bypassing the millions that are here legally. This is a clear effort to bypass our laws, create chaos at our DMV which will inhibit legal citizens of obtaining services( as seen in NY)  will overload the already poorly managed DMV, will pose a threat to have illegal immigrants voting in our elections.

This will interfere with our elections and posing a huge threat to our Democracy. It will cause more drivers on the road uninsured, and increase spending by AMERICAN CITIZENS AND OUR STATE TO INCUR COSTS attached to this action. If PA enacts this bill it will be violating our Constitutional rights as a Republic , YOU ARE ELECTED OFFICIALS AND WE DO NOT WANT THIS IN OUR STATE.
