Chester County, Lancaster area is over run with puppy mills.  These poor dogs are only existing to breed so the owners can sell puppies at a ridiculously high price!  Dogs are kept in cages for most of the day and all of the night.  They have little room to move, no running or playing is in their agenda.  The cages are outside where it is sweltering hot and maybe inside a dirty barn during the winter at freezing temperatures.  This is inexcusable and inhumane to these dogs.  These need to be outlawed at once!
