For the past eight years, I have been fighting to eradicate my life sentence and acquire my freedom.

I am not a perfect man but I AM INNOCENT of the December 24, 2006 murder of Robert Rose. 

My case is the perfect example of how the US Criminal Justice System, in particularly the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, use unethical practices just to win convictions. My story is just one of many reasons countless minorities spend decades in prison. False Testimony, Malfeasance, District Attorney's withholding evidence and deals being made with police Informants. 

The Sixth Amendment guarantees the rights of criminal defendants, including the right to a public trial without unnecessary delay, the right to a lawyer,  the right to an impartial jury, and the right to know who your accusers are and the nature of the charges and evidence against you.

The former ADA Andrew Notaristefano, and his counterparts infringed on my Sixth Amendment right. Later in 2018, ADA Notaristefano and several staffers in ADA office would be terminated due to misconduct. Currently, Mr. Notaristefano is the Attorney General for Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. His office holds my case.

I am requesting that my case be reassigned and I am giving a FAIR opportunity to defend My innocence. 

How can corruption and misconduct be reformed if those that are responsible are still in places of power and influence? 

How can justice be served if those responsible for committing the injustices are only slapped on the wrist and reassigned?
