Angelo Lutz doesn't run from his past. He embraces it. As he always says, "I don't make the past dictate who I become but I will make it apart of who I am". After his release in 2008 from federal prison he found himself dead smack in the center of a criminal justice system which is designed to set up returning offenders upon re-entry for failure.

Failure in the form civil rights which were lost due to the conviction. If we truly live in a scoiety of so-called second chanche's, there are few if any afforded to offenders of the criminal justice system upon release

Recently a business opportunity for Angelo Lutz to expand his current restaurant The Kitchen Consigliere Cafe was presented. The new footprint would be inside a Pennsylvnia Gaming Facility, otherwise known as a casino. Seems great, exoffender makes good, shows that hard work and effort in the right direction does pay off. However there is 1 problem, and quite a big one at that. 

Despite serving his debt to society and completing 3 years of supervised release without a single violation, the Pennsylvania Gaming Commision has taken the penalty process to a new level by Placing Angelo Lutz on the list of those excluded from entering a facility.
