I’m here to try and make whatever effort I can to bring back more seasons of Adventure Time in any way possible, wether finishing the sequel or continuing on its original legacy. This show means an incredible amount to me. I am a mother and I am also a big fan. This show pulled me out of a hole in my life nothing else seemed to be able to fill. I went through a very dark time with domestic violence, homelessness, deaths and much more. This may sound a little far-fetched for some, but for me, of all the things in this world there is to offer, there is something about this imaginative and creative series that gives me peace and happiness and kept my head above waters during that time. It has since become one of my kids favorite shows as well. This show helped me find myself again, find the happy, fun loving mother for my children too. I own every episode and have watched them all more times than I can count. There is so many truths of the reality of our world that come through discrepantly to create connection with adults as well as children alike.

For those who are unaware of what the show is about, I will be exact in it’s definition.
Adventure Time is an American fantasy animated television series created by Pendleton Ward for Cartoon Network. The series follows the adventures of a boy named Finn and his best friend and adoptive brother Jake, a dog with the magical power to change size and shape at will. Finn and Jake live in the post-apocalyptic Land of Ooo, where they interact with Princess Bubblegum, the Ice King, Marceline,  BMO, and many others.

Many may not see a show as something worthy of a petition when we have starving children, racial inequality, human trafficking and world hunger, all of which are deserving of petitions and our help. I also know many understand mental health and the will to pursue one’s happiness. This, this is something that truly makes me happy and many others. So I am writing this in hopes of anyone who comes across this would be willing to sign their name in agreement with pursuing one’s desire to keep something enjoyable alive in our lifetime as well as giving credit to someone who needs to know their artwork saved someone’s life along their own journey of self exploration.
Thank you.
