Unethical standards and practices have been allowed to be aired on television in Pakistan for too long. In this particular case, we are referring to the ‘Good Morning Pakistan’ show on ARY Digital and Nida Yasir’s unethical and controversial (for the wrong reasons) involvement. 
As a public figure, we demand that Nida Yasir be axed from the show immediately and that Good Morning Pakistan either publicly apologise for its wrong doings both in the passed and present or be axed altogether. A parents daughter was raped and murdered here, it’s not something any parent would want to relive and to blatantly ask them to revisit this traumatic time in their lives is highly unethical.  We want to see change and a positive one at that. Nida Yasir also must apologise for coercing victims and their families to get “a good juicy story”. 
This is not the first time Nida Yasir has offended the public with her unsympathetic and selfish behaviour just so she can get more viewers. Here’s some other controversies in the passed that should also be acknowledged; Showing off her wealth from Europe trip and disregarding Covid-19 rules and regulations by hosting a makeup competition. These may not seem like a big deal to her but she needs to realise that people watch her show, are brainwashed by her, some even look up to her she should be setting better examples. 

Please join me in standing up against these big figures. They really don’t know how much of an impact they have on people and young minds. Shows like these are just using the general public to get a good story and views and have zero to no regard of how they must be feeling and what they must be going through. 

We want to see the show axed, or the host replaced. We want a public apology for all the wrong doings.
