residents and police are always complaining of teens,kids and sometimes adults riding on the street or causing a nuisance, but what else do they have to do with their time?? they find some where to go off roading to do a hobby/sport of theirs but the council makes a fuss and people complain about the noise level, if the council stoped wasting money on road works or pointless walls/displays on roundabouts that's not really needed when they could give up a piece of waste land to the kids, teens and even adults where they could go offroading and not cause any problems to others then i dont see what the problem is..... many kids get in trouble because they are bored and its fun and they think why not, give a space up and allow them to have fun!!! i think it will benefit the community as there is so many children,teen,men/ladies and even whole families who love off roading. If they're all spending they're time on they're bikes then they will have no time or money to waste on drugs or getting into mischief.
