I believe that our town has made a horrid mistake in hiring William Hart as our ACO. The way he handled the situation at hand today was absolutely irresponsible and not how an official should act. Harassing me over the phone, insinuating that my family isn’t capable of taking care of a dog, and having his wife video record us going to pick up my family dog as if he wasn’t the one spouting cusses in front of my 3 year old sister. Please follow me in this mission to have a new ACO hired for Pembroke. Any and all support is appreciated. In case anyone has anything to say to me I have video evidence that he refuses to do his job right. Instead of handing my dog over to the police officer, he continued to argue even though she handed him documentation. Let’s all support this change to get this irresponsible, rude, and incompetent man out of this position. Thank you so much for taking the time to read :).
