Hey neighbors,

Big update! DOT is now on Austin Street collecting feedback for the Austin Street study! 

This is a major milestone in our efforts!

They will be there today, Oct 30th, until 4 pm, at the Queens Blvd and 71st Ave intersection (South side, by the Chase bank). They told me that they plan to do the same over the next weeks, but "not every day, and not on the same corner." They did not want to share which days or which corners. But they said it will always be 11am to 4pm. 

I know this isn't the most work-friendly schedule, which is a common issue with the city, but if you have a chance, drop by and let them know that you want a safer, better Austin Street!
