Please sign this petition asking Pearson Vue to reinstate NCLEX testing (nursing boards). On March 17th, Pearson Vue shut down all testing centers nationally. This means that graduating nurses cannot take the NCLEX boards and enter the workforce until the testing centers are reopened. We currently have a shortage of registered nurses in the field, and, with the COVID pandemic, hospitals are overwrought and short-staffed. Therefore, it is reckless and harmful to deny graduated nurses the ability to obtain licensure and join the workforce. We propose to reinstate the NCLEX with appropriate precautions, such as appropriate spacing between testers and individual/small group testing.
