The Peace Implementation Council (PIC) is an international body charged with implementing the Dayton Peace Agreement for Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Council was established at an implementation conference held in London, United Kingdom on December 8 and 9, 1995 subsequent to the completion of the negotiations. The PIC comprises 55 countries and agencies that support the peace process in many different ways. 

One of those countries in charge of Peace implementation is Russian Federation which constantly distrupt positive changes in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Russian invasion on Ukraine, showed us that political establishment of Russian Federation is not for peace and democracy which makes them unfit for membership of this body.

Therefore, we, citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina are demanding removal of Russian Federation from the Peace Implementation Council.
