We have emailed a full complaint to PDSA and Vets Now with statements of my complaint. 

I have also sent a list of what I want done to fix this. Some are my own and some are what I think everyone wants!

The PDSA on LinkedIn has removed all my comments. But I will keep on until I have enough signatures to get a change done, I will keep on being the voices of pets lost due to negligence because they can't speak up and have no voice, we are their voice.
