PAYSBOOK - Created by ARJAY RODRIGUEZ GALLENERO was used by many Filipinos not only in the Philippines, but through out the world by our OFWs. In the beginning of the said “company”, many millionaires, including the “CEO”, Mr. Gallenero along with his business partner, Alvin Caisido and their other partners including the first “Top Millionaires” presented all over social media mainly on Facebook a very promising company to help the Filipino people boost their income by simply signing up, activate your account for ONE THOUSAND PESOS and start earning once the account’s activated. Their “products” are digital products including e-Loading to all networks, Travel and Tours (7 accounts needed to activate = SEVEN THOUSAND PESOS, minimum), and they recently released physical products after all the commotion they had in terms of legalities and such.

To summarize the story, Paysbook violated many laws according to SEC and most recently, for the past 3-4 months, all affiliates who paid the account activation fees cannot payout their commissions. Mainly these commissions came from their invites or their recruits. Arjay Gallenero promises and promises for these payouts and according to him, he does the payouts manually due to the fact that all of the “payroll accounts” for Paysbook were all closed due to the issues he and Paysbook is currently undergoing.
