paypal illegally limit users accounts and do with peoples monies as they wish. paypal is not monitored by the Financial Ombudsman, or any UK financial authoritity. 

paypal limit peoples accounts and then ask for documentation. even when the documents are sent in paypal permanently limit peoples account and use that extra money to gain interest. paypal then say we will release the moneis after 180 days which is to long and paypal should allow users whose accounts have been limited to release their monies straight away. 

paypal is operating in an unlawful way and without any authority monitoring them. they say their an online bank which is false.
