PayPal is a widely used payment method, used by companies small and large all around the globe in order to provide a flexible and secure way for their customers to make their purchases online or in store, depending on who accepts it. The payment system also allows its users to store their money in their accounts, and to send to friends or family, and many more features. 

As much as PayPal has to offer, over the following years, it's gained major flaws in it's ensurence of successfuly receiving a payment, and "keeping it that way'. As this has usually affected Sellers/Companies,  this has caused major loss to these parties, due to PayPal' s , "Resolution Center".  The Resolution Center was originally meant to be used to resolve a transaction issue, whether if you had an issue with a product, or genuinely had an unauthorized Payment made on your account, yet many others have taken advantage of the PayPal feature, and have abused it, in return getting a full refund, while still keeping their product that they ordered, at no cost to them. 

 Obviously, this is a major loss for companies accepting PayPal, as this allows any buyer to open a dispute, simply staying that their product is damaged, and as long as PayPal believes, "The Customer Is Always Right", and they never aknlowledge if the  "The Buyer Is Right", companies will continue to lose. As PayPal allows this to happen, companies are losing more than they're profiting, and without PayPal, there some would not exist AT ALL! 

 There has already been a class-action lawsuit recently filed against PayPal due to this issue, yet this issue has not been resolved whatsoever and continues to be a problem to this day, (Website To Lawsuit Info https://www.accountholdsettlement.com

I have created this petition in order to gain PayPal's attention to its users to resolve this issue Once And For All. By signing this petition, you spread awareness of this long term issue and taking steps for both the Buyers and Sellers of PayPal to spread awareness, and to resolve this issue, by forcing PayPal to enhance the Resolution Center's protection for sellers, which will benifit the hundreds and thousands of companies, big or small, that accept PayPal to never again fall victims of this "Resolution Center Dispute Scam".
