This is a petition to have paypal shut down . They Have been putting small business owners money  on hold for 180 days with no communication and once it’s suppose to be released they take it for “damages” and violating their terms and never specify the actual violation . They take certain amounts because they know the states laws doesn’t allow them to sue . This is ridiculous and they need to take accountability for this !
