Allow Nigerian PayPal Accounts to Receive Funds!

The vast amount of online business growing in Nigeria is insane! We have large businesses and E-Commerce websites like Jumia, and Konga!
These websites do not accept PayPal, because Nigerian PayPal accounts are unable to receive funds in Nigeria. There are many online freelancers, or Nigerians whom are looking to start an online career unable to do anything receiving payments due to PayPal being one of the most used Payment gateways.
We Nigerians are unable to move forward online as much as we're supposed to due to these little issues that arise. 66% of Nigerians buy items online at least every few months, and that number could increase if PayPal brings more support to Nigeria to receive funds.
PayPal could do the very least by allowing Nigerian accounts to receive funds in "Goods and Services", and then potentially later on update it to allow "Family and Friends" option. PayPal could also allow a number of say 10 thousand users to participate for testing purposes, and if they see good results, and are able to handle the surge then make an official release.
I hope PayPal can consider Nigeria to receive funds.
