Filed a case in Small Claims Court Today, Alhamdulillah

The petition and this issue has been viewed and shared via my instagram and TikTok pages @comp1exity3 as well. I am very grateful for everyone's support although I wish more people signed the petition. 

After the last update, which was actually about the 2nd threat and response from the School's attorney, which I realized later. I was confused for a bit as I was expecting a response from the Head Office of Charter Schools in charge of this Northside Charter HS. The amount of threat and criminalizing words the attorney used against me threw me off. 

It made me depressed and withdraw more in hurt and pain. It has been such a mental struggle to gather all the papers and organize them to make everything ready to file the case in Small Claims Court. 

As I was delaying due to my own mental health condition, I wrote to the charter school's office again, and they finally responded stating they cannot do anything for me. They said they will let the school know and asked me to seek legal supports. 

Then, a couple of days ago, the chair of the board of trustees responded officially stating that this is their final response, which I was told already, they will not pay my full salary using their 10 months job idea and things!!! 

They have been very intentional, willful and consistent in stating that they will not pay my pay full salary at all. 

My first meeting at the court is in December. I request you all to supplicate for me to win this case in Small Claims Court. 

This has caused me so much distress and threw me into the pit of depression and anxiety. I do not also have enough money to get proper treatment due to losing more than $5000 of my salary of these 2 months :'(
