Paws Up For Change is a petition and an advocation for the betterment and the protection of animals against animal cruelty.

We aim to enforce the RA 8485 (Animal Welfare Act of 1998) and RA 10631 (Animal Welfare Act of 2013) to bring justice against those who have been abusing, torturing, mistreating, and killing animals simply for because of their behavior. We also aim to ensure animals live their lives in the wilds or in the care of human hands— from the smallest creature to the largest beast. 

According to the Philippine Animal Welfare Society, there have been high conviction ratings of approximately 95% - 98% involving animal cruelty, especially among cats and dogs. It's to note that the RA 8485 and RA 10631 have been disregarded and treated as a minor inconvenience than it is a law enforced by the government. We hope and pray that you help us reach our goal to help these poor animals from the demise and cruelty of mankind against them.
