Hiram has become a growing community the past few years with an increasing flow of traffic and with this increased traffic flow comes a number of auto accidents as well. I have personally noticed a high volume of wrecks that occur weekly here, specifically at the intersection of Jimmy Lee Smith Parkway and Best Buy. I would like to see a change in left turn only signaling for designated safe pathways to enter nearby businesses. There are leveling differences between opposing traffic directions that make turning exceptionally hard to navigate safely through this intersection. We need to put into place a safe means of turning on this unlevel intersection of roadway before any more lives are lost or affected here. Please sign this petition.
