Dear Miss Universe org.  Colombian’s and their supporters from around the world, request that you take a clear and definite action on how the franchise of Colombia is being handled by its owners.  It is no secret that the Concurso Nacional de Belleza of Cartagena, Colombia has no interest in making a fair choice in choosing the representative from Colombia that is presented to the world. Everyone knows that the Concurso Nacional de Belleza does not have any connection with you since the franchise belongs to the cosmetics firm Jolie de  Vogue but the franchise does not choose a representative but rather appoints a candidate whom was selected by a third party. They are not adhering to the guidelines that you require of franchise owners whom must select the representative from each country and not have another party with personal interests that refuses to give the importance that Miss Universe deserves.     For all these reasons we ask you to take action on the matter.   Respectfully,
