We are close. We need 529 signatures! I called Congressman Tonko"s office and they wouldn't let me talk to him because I am not I his district. So I am going to present it to my Congressman after it reaches 2500 signatures. Please sign it...pass it along to others...keep the momentum up! Thanks.
