Sam Wainwright is a man of positive action. As a representative of Fremantle Council, he knows how to represent the people of his electorate, even during his own personal time.

The Roe 8 is a shocking idea that is pushing the community to its limits. In only one way is it positive - the community is getting together to say no to this development. There are so many problems with the Roe 8 development that have not been discussed or explained, that it has become necessary for us to fight against it. Sam is one of the many people within his own electorate that is standing up against the extreme inefficiency, waste and destruction of the only Wetlands we have in Western Australia.

Considering Sam is acting in accordance with what Fremantle Council has time and time again believed, he should not be targeted to be dismissed. Andrew Luobikis was wrong to write a letter to Mr Paul Miles, and should retract the letter as soon as possible. To target Sam Wainwright as he has is an affront to our community, particularly when the matter still needs to go through the court system.

We should all stand up in support of Sam, and ensure that he keeps his job so that he can continue his incredible work.
