With regards to the current Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary Plan Review, we support the creation of artificial reef programs in the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary in order to protect the ocean we love and allow it to flourish once again.

Florida and Texas have well established artificial reef programs that have scientifically proven benefits to the local marine environment as well as economical benefits to the local communities where artificial reef programs are established.
