Dogs need exercise and socialization. Many dogs, especially one in my own neighborhood, are chained up 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with no exercise. Since it is legal, these owners see nothing wrong with it. The law needs to change. I am asking anyone within the city limits of Denver to sign this petition to make it illegal for dogs to be chained for more than 4 hours a day.
