Parents that care for their children are not criminals. Carly's Law will potentially help thousands of children in the state of Alabama. It will help bring families home that have left Alabama to seek the use of High CBD/Low THC oil to treat their child with a debilitating condition. Not passing this law will continue to tear families apart.

Cannabis oil has shown overwhelmingly positive results in children with control of seizures, imporvement of cognitive abilities and a wide range of benefit for children with other conditions such as Autism. And guess what, it doesn't get a user high. This is common sense legislation and WILL NOT open the door for the recreational use of Marijuana. 

The people of Alabama have confidence that you will make the right decision. You are our leaders and we know that you care about Alabama. Make the future brighter for this great state by passing Carly's Law.
