Just So Everyone is aware, this petition is being emailed directly to the City Clerks Office when you sign. The City has not authorized or requested that I start this petition but I felt it was necessary and important to send it directly to Clerks Office for awareness of the Citizens Input and Request for Councilor Ross's Resignation!

His actions were both arbitrary and capricious... City Councilors are LEGALLY obligated to vote SOLELY on the merit of each Agenda Item... They subjected the City Of Owasso and themselves to potentially major lawsuits... And not only that they have created an environment that will hurt ANY future development or investors interest in Owasso. He abused his powers as City Councilors and voted NO on 3 separate Agenda items for political reasons... all these items have to go through a process that includes the Planning Commission. All requirements were met and the Planning Commission voted unanimously to approve all three... and yet Patrick Ross and Charlie Brown voted NO on 3 items as a political grandstand and personal vendetta against City Manager, Rodney Ray, and fellow City Councilor, Chris Kelley... it subjects the City of Owasso to lawsuits and also potentially subjects themselves individually for lawsuits from the developers and business owners that are now delayed due to political grandstanding.
