3 days ago in Johnston, Rhode Island an emaciated dog was found. They called him Moses. Due to how emaciated he was and poor health, Moses had to euthanized. Moses was a innocent victim of animal abuse. The owner of the dog has been arrested and will only face a misdemeanor charge. The object of Moses law would create stiffer harsher penalties for animal abusers. It would also make it illegal for them to ever own or work with them EVER! So i ask for your help in signing this petition so every animal will have justice.
