Stop Animal Cruelty

The Issue

Signing this petition shows you're in support of the PA state bill 364 becoming a law. This piece of legislation states that a person who harms a dog or cat by any of the means outlined in the legislation will receive a felony of the third degree. 

We need to start keeping others accountable for abusing their own or others' pets. Innocent animals are harmed everyday for no reason. This is a step to ending animal cruelty all together; help us take this step by signing this petition!
