As leaders of Millennials some of the biggest challenges we face are engagement and retention. Recent polls show that 59% of millennials claim no religious affiliation. There are very few platforms where Young Adults from all over the world gather for 3 days to be inspired, gain life strategy, and network - all in the name of Jesus!
Among many of the reasons that millennials give for leaving church, one stands out, "Many have had no -- or very limited -- exposure to adult role models who know what they believe, why they believe it, and are committed to consistently living it out."
As leaders in the faith we have the power to change the narrative. In 2018 we will once again descend to Dallas, TX to change the world!
Below are a few quote from past attendees:
"Since 2016, my life and business have turned COMPLETELY around. I still read through my notes from RR. I still apply the principles, follow the ministers on social media and listen to several of their sermons. More importantly, I’ve let God guide me to places I was dreaming about then. Praise God for Running Reckless. Bring it back in a major way!" - Chris D.
"I have been to Running Reckless Young Adult Conference twice. Both times I was in a different place in my life. But both times I went I was struggling with finding my place within my church, family, and life in general. The conference provided an opportunity to hear Pastors and Preachers that I never heard about to speak into my life. Many sermons provided hard truths to swallow but it was something I needed to hear. Something at the time my Pastors weren't speaking to. During my time at Running Reckless I found a purpose, I found my purpose."- Carleen H.
Please join me in support of bringing back this very necessary, life-changing conference.
