From October 1st, the Weatherill Government is collecting a new tax from every passenger catching a taxi, ride-share or chauffeur vehicle to plug their budget gap.

Since taking office, this Weatherill Government has increased costs to the South Australian public, either through poor policies or increasing taxes. Rising costs include:

1) Emergency Services Levy

2) Energy and water prices

3) Waste levy (garbage tax)
