Tiny Secured the Floor

Not every moment with a service dog is serious. Sometimes it's simply walking into an elevator on the way to a doctor's appointment and watching your service dog calmly take in the environment around them. Tiny walked into the elevator, stayed beside me, and rode to the next floor like it was just another part of her day. Because for her, it is. Service dog partnerships are built through ordinary moments like these…moving through public spaces, staying focused, and remaining with their handler throughout everyday life. Of course, watching the video later, I couldn't help but imagine Tiny's version of events. According to her, she supervised the tiny moving box and successfully secured the floor.
